What we collect
Depending on how you use Cryptra, we may process email address, wallet address, deposit/withdrawal records, game play logs, device and browser data, and support messages. Demo play may use limited local or session data only.
Why we use it
To operate accounts, process payments via PayRam, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, improve the product, and respond to support requests.
Processors
Payment data for card and crypto checkout is handled by PayRam and their payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Hosting, email, and analytics providers may process technical data as needed to run the service.
Retention & rights
We keep data as long as needed for the account, payments, and legal requirements. You may request access or deletion where applicable by emailing support. Some records must be retained for compliance.
